You are looking for personal and straightforward full-service property management with a single contact person for all your questions? Look no further. We work in teams of two, that way holidays or possible illness are always covered.

You can contact us between 8 am and 6 pm on working days and we also provide weekend, night-time and holiday coverage. Our fully qualified real estate managers and real estate administrators will take care of your individual needs as a property owner. Out of enthusiasm and conviction: more than one third of our staff members have been with us for more than 10 years.

A great team: we believe in a feel-good atmosphere, continuity and ongoing training. We arrange specialised in-house seminars to provide further staff training: BBA, law firm Wanderer & Partner, publishing house Grundeigentum, insurance companies and civil engineers. We have been a vocational training company since 1998.

We even support foreign investors. Reporting and accounting documents are prepared in English.

Happy customers: we have a strong track record of long-term continuity in our management portfolio. We look after your property and make a point of performing regular building inspections. Of course we keep and consistently maintain all relevant records. We place strong emphasis on documentation and regular communication via your preferred channels: email, telephone or fax.

We put first things first: It is important for us to take good care of you and of course, we have financial loss liability insurance.

Our standard service: monthly accounting and IT-based rent monitoring. It is important to us that our accounting activities are transparent and well-structured.
